Home Health HQ began with a simple frustration: great agencies were being held back not by their care, but by their onboarding and their access to real professional development.
Talented clinicians were thrown into the deep end, administrators rebuilt orientation from scratch, and survey season turned into a fire drill. There had to be a better way. One that made expert-level education and airtight compliance available to any agency, not just the ones with a full education department. So we built it.

Tavi (short for Octavia) is our octopus mascot and the friendly face of everything we make. Why an octopus? Because home health means holding many things at once and with eight capable arms, Tavi never drops a single one. She's proof that serious work doesn't have to feel joyless, guiding members with tips, reminders, encouragement, and celebration at every milestone. Tavi is totally comic relief!
